We want you to walk comfortably in your new Satorisan shoes; if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original sustainable packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
